My first large scale study, “Culturis Mundi”, Latin for Cultures of the World, is a loving collection of animals and cultural elements weaving the world together.
16 different animals and cultural symbols, individually their own, together a display of optimistic unity.
Roughly a month went into this work. From preparation of the concept, procurement of the banknotes, carving them, designing mock ups, glueing, and more.
One of the most engaging challenges in each project is the procurement of the banknotes I’ll need to cut.
